I live miles away from the dealership I had to be without a car I was not aware I could gone to my local Audi which was 5 minutes drive from my house.On the day I had to arrange a lift to follow me from Twickeham to slough and bring me back due to this I was late I apologise for this but I got to the dealership 2 ladies behind the counter I explained myself why I was there one of them came out I almost got bitten by her I left my keys on the table and there was a key ring with my keys she was pointing take that off take that off I got scared with her behaviour I was shocked that this was happening to me she is bad for your business and bad for Audi dealership she caused a big drama I apologised and took the key ring off she pointed go and sit there I was shocked I explained to her I will wait outside by my vehicle.Then the service advisor came out I asked her is this how to treat all customers she said because you were late that’s why you got treated like this.Also she said if you wish to go else where you can do so we haven’t started any work to your vehicle at the moment.Again I thought to myself is this really happening or am I day dreaming.Yesterday 12-09-20 I had a call from same service advisor asking me if everything thing okay and if I can leave them a 5 star review I was shocked I explained to her how I was treated then someone call me from the dealership one of the managers asking about my recent visit I explained to him about my experience he was apologising on their behalf but I said to him that I am sorry I made a mistake to deal with this dealership.I personally think this was a racial attack and I will be taking this further.This was my experience with slough Audi dealership. You need to be more transparent with what you offer and should advise your customers of what they are really getting for the money they spend in good faith.
