The only issue that I encountered is the vacuum is a little louder than others. I've owned several brands and types over the years but never really found one that was a perfect fit for me. Unboxing and “assembly” of the vacuum was very straight forward and quick. Shark hasn't quite reached that point, but they've found a very good balance nonetheless. The Post-Motor Filter is also washable, and should be washed every nine months according to the Instruction Booklet.
